About me...
My relationships used to be chaotic to say the least. With a disorganised attachment style I pretty much engaged in every pattern in the book and had a terribly hard time in relationships.
Self-silencing, over-giving, performing to be loved, feeling anxious to be myself, bolting when things got too serious, saying YES to the wrong people again & again.
So when I tell you I've been there, believe me!
